REFORESTATION VOLUNTEER
Pennsylvania, New Jersey
As a reforestation volunteer, you will be responsible for planting trees, shrubs, and plants on Growing Together projects in Pennsylvania and the Northeastern part of the U.S.
SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEMS SPECIALIST VOLUNTEER
Pennsylvania, New Jersey
As a sustainable food systems volunteer, you will be responsible for helping to identify farmers that can benefit from our programs and identify locations where educational gardens can be installed. This includes working with local farmers and stakeholders to create sustainable and resilient food systems that can withstand the challenges of climate change.
GREEN SPACES SPECIALIST VOLUNTEER
Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland
As a green space specialist volunteer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining green spaces in urban and suburban communities. This includes working with local governments, community organizations, and volunteers to create and maintain green spaces that promote biodiversity and community engagement.
FOREST GUARDIANS
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
As a Forest Guardian, you will be responsible for land use monitoring in specific areas to identify pockets of green spaces, undeveloped land, and agricultural lands and monitor for species, as well as deforestation and development. This position holds the potential to work with local governments, communities, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas of conservation, partnership, and education.
